Usually you can get colleges  using marks and counselling. If you want to join those colleges through JEE Mains, it is called B-category. Only private colleges accept admissions through B-category. With 21963rank it is difficult to get government seat in veterinary, agriculture or horticulture

As of last year cut offs for sc

Veterinary-2268rank

You can get bpharmacy private seats.

hello as you have not mentioned you category so expecting you for UNreserved seat and from 2019 cut off list as 2020 cut off list is not yet out so you atleast neet to score AIR 55000 and marks 500+
