However if you belong to open category then you can get seat in branches like production engineering, chemical engineering, etc. If you belong to reserved categories then you have chances of getting good groups like

Hello . As per my research, Free seat will be possible only if you have extremely well academic background. If someone is sponsoring you , then I guess you will have to show the sponsoring letter.
