First things first, there is no concept of Free MBBS seat. We have Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities. The lowest fees is in Colleges like MAMC, AIIMS, etc. The next lowest fees is in Government Medical Colleges which is fixed by the relevant State Government Authorities.

KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now

Actually you have not tell about which examination you are talking about.p but in general there are no search scholarships which provide completely free education. Some private universities provide some on scholarships if you get higher marks. You also so can go for national scholarships if you belongs
