Please specify your exam, If you Had given JEE exam and you are talking about that to take CSE branch you will not get any government colleges. You have to take admission to a private college for admission in CSE Branch.

To be eligible for full fee reimbursement through ts eamcet students need to secure 10k or below Rank. Since you have secured 5k rank so you will be eligible but you need to provide ews/ebc certificate as a proof of income. Without provide ews/ebc certificate you won't get
