Btech course fees will be generally same for every branch and as per writfen on sites with mainly per year written on sites and colleges display all 4 year branch.

Galgotias University is fully government recognized and approved by the state government but the university is recognized by university grant commission, on the other hand Galogotias college is recognized and approved by AICTE(ALL INDIA COUNCIL OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION).Instead of Galgotias University you should have mentioned Galgotias College because it comes under UPTU. Now coming to your answer yes you can get galgotias college with a rank around 20k.
