Look, your rank in upsee is not good at all. For government seats one should be with around less than 4000 rank in upsee.

For kiet, cutoff rank in upsee: 6451

For jss : 2164

For galgotias university: 6455

So, you have less chances to get seat in these ones.

It is tough to say which is best. Both college have very good placement records and both have giving same package.
But if you want school type feeling and you don't want to enjoy your college life they you can go with GL Bajaj. They have very unwanted rules they doesn't give you freedom. They don't have good college fest or freshers party..

But if you a guys want to enjoy your college life with study then Galgotias is best. Here you have all freedoms to enjoy and they have very very good college fest or freshers party and one more important thing they have so many extra curricular activities which is help to polish your self..

But both GL Bajaj and Galgotias were very strict rules when coming today attendance.. you have to maintain 75% attendance.

So over all I think Galgotias with Electronics and Instrumentation is best.

Akgec is equivalent to amity university in terms of placement. It has an excellent placement records. The highest package offered to CSE was 10LPA. It's course fee is around 1.2lpa in BTech whereas of JSS is 1.5LPA. After akgec JSS has great placement records. It's placement rate is 90% . Then taking galgotias in consideration, it's fee is of 1.8 lpa of btech and it's average package is of 3.5LPA.

Being LPU alumni, I would suggest LPU. I did CSE from LPU and was placed in MNC with a decent package.

So, KIET but my knowledge is limited for this so I wish you could consult alumni of this.

Regarding Galgotias, however the standard of academic excellence is better in GCET but as far as placements are concerned, University and College students both appear together during the hiring season. So no such effect will come during placements.

The last stop you could take is GL Bajaj.

Between GC college and CU, I suggest you to choose CU because CU  college has the finest infrastructure, appliances and services, labs, libraries, hostels, and many others are just too good to do. Free wifi at this college is available and their food is fantastic. It is a very good choice for computer science and engineering. A very large number of firms visit the recruiting campus. Because the placement also requires four other schools, the number of students participating for the placement is roughly 2500 +.The placement approach is not easy, but it is not challenging, but college is supportive of getting a job in the best companies. As you have not mentioned your Home state so considering it as Andhra Pradesh according to your profile.

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks and category you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Private Colleges and Deemed Universities as well as in Government Medical Colleges according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks in GMCs was 449 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam and in private medical colleges it was 412 for  Maharaja Inst. of Medical Sciences, Vizianagaram under Home State quota.

If i have to choose between these two, i would select akgec even with my eyes closed. Trust me galgotia wasn't even in my mind during counselling and i dont regret it. What i have experienced here at akgec is that the overall nurturing in the college of the student ia the best. Moreover there are technical socities for technical development. Some of tthem are government of india undertaking societies.

Galgotia believes more in showoff and cant produce results. The placement here in akgec is far better than galgotia.

Placements wise AKGEC had just a slightly higher hand over Galgotias over the last two years.

I would recommend you to select akgec for cse.
