There could be other reason you may see many add flash about chandigah university as you may search about top universities in India in your search engine. Doing BBA from  symbiosis and amity is good when you are opting for their integrated course( BBA+MBA). Otherwise it is not advisable to invest huge amount in BBA. Do it from an average college with affordable fee and try to get good percentage. It will help you further when you will be persuing your MBA and will be targeting premier in-school.

the answer will depends upon lots of factors such as the college's you are interested in and the career options .many have told me that yes  both are equivalent but i think doing m.tech separately will be of little higher value then integrated btech. as i have seen less placements in integrated b.tech in conparison to separate m.tech .however if you are doing integrated m.teech from a very good college then this will be enough and equivalent to separate m.tech
