Hi Shishir, in my  opinion BIET Jhansi CSE is a lot  better than Galgotias cse. It's a Government college and stands at the third rank in colleges affiliated to AKTU. The placements are much better there and overall in nearly each critical aspect like faculty, labs etc it's a lot
