OPNO is the open category which means general category of upsee. Well according to me if you compare G.L.Bajaj and Galgotias University,  GU is far better than that as it is a deemed university hence it's syllabus is a bit upgraded than that of G.L.Bajaj as it linked with AKTU.

try seats in top private colleges such as AKGEC and KIET  first , if you choose certain not-so-demanded branches ( CS,IT)
