Congratulations first of all for your GATE score! Now according to your GATE marks and score, chances for getting into old IITs is very less. You can try for interdisciplinary branches in new IITs.  You can also apply for old NITs and wait till the final rounds of counseling through CCMT or applying to new NITs, IIITs, other good CFTIs and top state government colleges with this score would be another good option.

Going by previous year trends, IIT Indore usually accepts students into the mechanical engineering course who have a GATE score of 700 and above. So you may not get a seat here. But since cut off trends may vary and your score isn't too far behind you have a slim chance. But it is very unlikely.    The cutoff is determined by many factors. Some of them are:

•  Previous year cutoff trends

• Number of available seats in the programme. 

• Difficulty level of GATE 2019

• Total number of candidates who registered for the exam.

If you don't mind could you please mention your category (if it is there). Getting colleges is different thing, if you consider category. If you are in SC category then you can get IIT Bombay that too Artificial Intelligence or even Image processing as your specialization.
