No, there is no requirement of English in NEET examination. The exam consists of 3 sections namely biology, chemistry and physics. The whole paper consists of these three subjects and the student will be judged from the marks obtained in these paper.

However if you are searching for an exam having English also in the entrance test then you may consider aiims and jipmer.

at this score up or uk government medical colleges  is not possible for general category.

Well first of all you need to know that Canada does not have MBBS program in their country. uK is way too difficult to get in for MBBS program and even if you get in, which is very difficult considering your marks, the fee structure is way too high and no scholarship is available for medical education.

Well that can happen because the degree pattern is same in both the countries being MBBS and MBBS. But one thing is for sure and that is that getting residency post in UK for practice is very difficult for UK students only, no need to think about the difficulty of international students.
