If you are OC or BC-A OR BC-B then you can't get the seat if you are of other casts then you can get seat in GVP college

I hope you would be aware of the rank you have secured in EAMCET as the results have been declared. The rank cut off for 2017 for the CSE branch is 4843 for Open category!

It might fluctaute this year considering the change in the level of the examination!
