 AP EAMCET 2018 counseling will be held online. The process comprises 4 steps including payment of fees, document verification, choice filling and reporting to the allotted institute. Only those aspirants who have cleared AP EAMCET 2018 will be eligible to appear for the counseling process.

So what I would suggest you to apply for multiple colleges at a time and don't settle with any one of them for now. Now as you have mentioned that your ran is 27492, which is pretty good. However, you need to remember and have to do certain things which are as follows.

Look every year most of the colleges have three to four round of counseling, now you have to see the number of applicants this college call for the first round of counseling.
