With 93 percentile your category rank would be around 1000 or something and as you did not mention which state you belong as all the NITs have 2 quota Home quota and other state so, as you did not mention anything about it it is quite difficult to
250+ is very good score you will be able to into top institutions and you belong to sc category as well so you will get a very good rank which will be less than 5,000 or something with which you can get into any branch in many top

there will be no subject of chemistry and physics in B.arch , however there might be mathematics and computer application , you can have a look at the subjects you are going to deal with in B.arch
1. architectural design
2. visual arts and basic design
3. computer application
Since the exam is computer based, the answer which is marked on the system will be counted, even if you got the right answer on your worksheet.

It is not necessary that if you have registered you would have to give both the exams but , As you have already registered for both B.Tech and B.arch exams , according to me you should appear for both the exams , as there are many aspirants

NATA score between 150-160 is considered to be good score to get a good government college like NIT Trichy or Calicut but I think even this score is good enough. You can use our college predictor to know in which college you are eligible to take admission
