This answer is being written with little knowledge of Kannada. If I understand correct, you have registered for PGCET but entered the wrong email id or got the name wrong in the application form? If that is the case, there might be an issue during appearing for the examination. Because when you get the admit card and the details on the admit card and the details in your valid Id proof will be different and so there might be an issue during checking at the examination hall. Now that the application filling date has been closed by June 28th, you cannot re-register as well. You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment

In neet 2019, 613 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a government medical college in Delhi and it was for Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi under Delhi state quota

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 650 marks to be on the safer side in your neet examination
