what is the difference between Ms.general surgery and Ms. traumatology and surgery in MGM navi mumbai? Is Ms.traumatology and surgery good?

Traumatology is just trauma surgery and is a specialisation in surgery. It basically focuses on the treatment and care of the injuries that are life threatening to the patient.
So master of traumatology is basically a type of specialization in surgery.
While the master of surgery (MS)  is a 3 year long post graduate programme and provides a detailed and comprehensive study on the subject of surgery.

Now, talking about the MGM college
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Medical College, or MGMGM college, Indore is one of the oldest government run medical colleges in India. It was earlier known as King Edward Medical School, and was established in the year 1878.
Total fee for the course is 1.65 lakhs
There are 20 seats for general surgery.
Admissions are done through NEET PG rank list.

NO, you can not study General Surgery after D. Pharma.

Because, minimum eligibility for MS General Surgery is M.B.B.S. degree with a minimum one-year internship. Admission to Master of Surgery General Surgery is based on counselling after clearing entrance exams (NEET PG)
