Had applied for SC certificate, but not ready. 1) Can I apply SC benefit during josaa/etc counseling? 2) I am getting COEP under "good chances" under Maharashtra CAP but mech cutoff is 41702. OBC Creamy Layer : If your family's annual income exceeds Rs 8 lakh , you are considered part of the creamy layer and are not eligible for OBC reservation benefits.
