If you are unable to understand a chapter, divide it in parts. Try to complete one topic at a time, and then make your own notes. Explain the points in your own words. When you are confident that you have understood that portion, you can continue the chapter.

It depends on your knowledge and interest whether to choose Bsc microbiology or Bsc in Genetics and genome.

see you can not join for master of science course unless you have completed your bsc courses. however after bsc in microbiology you may go for msc courses in biotechnology, bio chemistry, cell biology, microbiology etc. for msc in genetics, candidates need to hold a bachelors degree in genetics
