You are not eligible for GATE as this exam is primarily for science students. GATE is a national-level post-graduation entrance exam conducted for admission to M.Tech, M.E, or Ph.D. programs.
To appear for the GATE Entrance exam you must have completed your Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or Masters's degree (M.Sc.) in any relevant science subject.

If you check the eligibility to study Geography Hons in Delhi University, then you should possess geography as a part of your subject combinations and you should score at least 50% or 5% relaxation will be there for SC/ ST candidates hence you need to score around 45% in your 10+2. Based on the best score obtained by you there will be preparation of a merit list, which will determine your possibilities of admission into Delhi University.

The general eligibility of Master degree is Geography is such that A candidate must have passed the B.A. with Geography or any B.Sc. Graduate with 40% marks (or equivalent CGPA ) from any recognized university. So if you are a B.sc graduate in any other specialiasation then also you can apply for M.sc Geography in most of the colleges. But if you had B.A curriculum then you must possess geography as one subject.
