Yes, you can appear in neet provided you must h ave passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination  if belongs to general category , or

For admission in Ba geography in Delhi University candidate has to secure at least 75% marks in 12 arts and have marks in best of four subject in aggregate with English 85% in 12th arts group.

Class 12th dropper can appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced but a candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination. For instance if you have passed 10+2 in the year 2021 you can appear for JEE Main
