Hello,
Aligarh Muslim University and Jawaharlal Nehru University are independent autonomous institutions and no way linked to each other.
So, you can't get transferred from one to other.
Your only option is to drop the current year and take admission next session in JNU as a fresh candidate.

No I am sorry to say that as an art student you cannot take geology as a subject for graduation. As the subject geology consist of chemistry,physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects in class 12 . So being a humanities student, you cannot take geology. Although you can do MA
