The cutoff marks for geology department of OBC-B for Jadavpur University is around Maximum marks 219 and minimum 209 previous year, so the cutoff will be similar elsewhere with little variation, it's better to get little more than cutoff for a better chance of getting admission.

For marine geoscience in Mangalore university, you need at least 45% marks if you are general in aggregate while 40% for SC/ST.

And there are total of 20 intakes only, so it will be good if you apply as soon as possible.
