Btech in geophysics is available at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad as a 5 year integrated course. The intake in this course is done through JEE Advanced examination.

UPES also offers a 4 year BTECH course in geo science engineering. The intake is done through UPESEAT.

Sorry to say but your percentage is very low and it is not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University. Delhi University requires atleast 90% for admission for general category students and your percentage is very less compared to it.

Dear Alok, the admission for Integrated Geology course will be based on performance in the Entrance Examination which will include Objective Questions in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 level. There is no possibility of direct admission. So you have to appear for the entrance exam.
