Admissions to the UG courses of Fergusson College are merit based.

For admission in B.Sc in Microbiology or Geology the eligibility criteria is that you should have passed class 12th in the Science stream.

So you will not have to give any entrance tests.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission in PU (Punjab University) is a candidate must have passed class12th with an aggregate of atleast 50% in science subjects.

The marks vary every year .So there is not a fix margin.
