As per the eligibility you should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board and As a General category - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects) to apply for NEET Entrance

yes you can surely take up BSC IN GEOLOGY

as your 12th marks are quite high and is above the eligibility criteria.

IT is good subject with scope, but it has lots of field work and travel. One needs to make mind for that.
