For IIT JAM Exam, you firstly require a bachelor's degree minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories.

You cn go for Geological engineering via GATE ME exam and take up Mtech In Geology for more deepdiv einto domain and hands on experience of practical methods.

Right now the expected cutoff for geology in IIT is

  • General 34.47
  • OBC (NCL) 33.72
