I too have been awaiting the upload of counselling letters on the website. Last week, I mailed the GITAM GAT Admissions Incharge, I received a reply which said that they would be uploaded soon
yeah getting GITAM is not a big deal you will get Computer branch in Hydrabad campus as GITAM takes huge number of admission

Asper previous years counselling, there isn't any particular cut-off for getting an admission in GITAM Vizag Camppus.
Since you have got 14000 rank, you will surely get a seat in Vizag campus in any specilization.
