see cutoff score generally depends on some certain factors like number of participants, college seat intake, questions difficulty level etc, however as per previous  years closing score you ece, bio tech , it stream was around 18k, so as per your score you have decent chances to secure biotechnology

As per your rank it is little bit difficult to suggest you for CSE branch because your rank in GITAM is neither very good nor very bad. It is average one.

You should try for Electronics and Communication Engineering or some other like Civil, Mechanical Engineering branch.
