see for direct admission purpose you need to pay some extra fees like as in management quota, however if the seats are vacant , gitam arranges for spot admission process, where only for vacant stream admission is going on, you can not get admission in spot counselling in cse

Sorry to say this. the Gitam vizag doesnot offer the lateral entry. it only offers the 4 years complete btech.

there are many more colleges which accept the lateral entry.

Yes,EWS is valid in MHT-CET,you can select category as EWS if you comes under this category.It won't help you soo much in getting College as it is equivalent to general category but it will help you in fee concession you will have to pay only 50% of total fees.
