As you wish for Civil The cutoff for civil branch or basically for core branches are currently low. But seeing that you score is low as well. I would better recommend wait for second round Counselling and then try as in second round Cutoffs are mostly down and in after that another Counselling is done so that you have chances of getting a seat.
