I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for Neet examination being arts student in puc or 10+2.

This is because,

Your neet eligibility is based on your 10+2 qualification, it doesn't matter whether you have done GNM or post BSc nursing , only

There is no such thing as lateral entry in MBBS, it's not like engineering where candidates who pursued three years diploma from a recognized university can get enrolled in 2nd year of BTech Degree course(through mode depending upon the norms of the university) , MBBS doesn't have such facility,
