BITS Goa - 280
BITS Hyderabad - 275
You would be able to get both the branches comfortably , and you can even get mechanical in Pilani also , as cutoffs are tending to decrease every

Yes, you can apply for Goa Medical counselling. But one thing you should remember is you should get more marks in your NEET do do so. Because for AIQ(All India Quota) candidates there are only limited number of seats provided.Around 80% for State quota and 20% for AIQ.
