Hi,
Although there are various job opportunities for a 10th class pass out, following are the best options:
see many of the polytechnic or diploma college is affiliated by AICTE, now your college is affiliated by UGC , which is also satisfactory, however it also depends on the organization or recruitment criteria , if it mentioned that aicte approval is necessary then you may not eligible to apply, now coming to central government jobs, I have checked the eligibility criteria for ssc je for diploma holders, where it requires candidates must pass diploma course from a recognized institute, so since there is no mention of aicte , you may surely apply.
To plan a smart city and make it come true, you will need thousands of crores. If you look at Dholera, it is being built in 10 phases with an estimated budget of more than 5000 crores. To join Government Programmes like that, you need to have work experience. If you take up B.Planning no w, you need to complete your studies and work under someone to gain exposure and experience to handle projects of this Stature. Joining government Programmes depend on the eligibility that the Government is looking for in its recruitees. Usually the Government outsources its projects to 3rd parties who do the construction process. Now these 3rd parties are the one who hire talent pool for the projects. So the chances that it is a Government job are less. If you want to join Government programmes, once you complete your course, you should apply for vacancies as and when they are published.
see due to corona pandemic every students is getting confusion regarding career, now the main thing is what you want to do next, right now you need to think what is more important for you, are you financially able to do masters course, or right now you develop skill and want to do job. however mba course is better than msc in bhu, because in bhu for msc there is not 100% placement, but if you go for mba course in tier 1 college , chances to get a job is higher. however if you want to opt for government job mba/msc does not matter much, because government recruitment comes very few in both of the disciplines. but since you are already graduated you may apply for many post like clerk, bank po, ssc cgl etc.
