I can completely relate to you as I was also stuck in this situation last year. My parents gave me two options- Manav Rachna and SRm Unievrsity. I analyzed the options on the basis of infrastructure, faculty profile, alumni achievements, facilities available, industry collaborations, and of course chill out centres.

You are definately eligible for Telangana Services. But you need to be a graduate from any recognized university in India.
