Yes, you have to sign a service liability bond at the time of joining AFMC PG medical but you will only have to pay it if you decide to leave after the training before your commission period gets over.

Yes, you have to sign service bond, 14 years for Short Service Commission and 20 years for Permanent commission. The exit bond money has increased from 28 lakhs to 2 crores in the year 2018 for PG graduates as number of cadets leaving the organisation after the training
