Dear Ram, the criteria for NEET PG are that you should have atleast provisional certificate of MBBS degree and you should have completed orcwill complete 1 year compulsory internship by March 31st 2019. The criteria doesnt mentiin anything about the no. of years you have completed your degree in. So,

To pursue a career in Robotics, you can take up courses related to computer sciences, electronics, mecatronics but not just mechanical engineering as it will not give you exposure to the coding part. So electronics or Computer sciences can be a good base for a postgraduate in Robotics.
