Sri Venkateswara University  has not yet announced the AP ICET 2019 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for AP ICET 2nd counselling 2019, the SVU will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of AP ICET 2019 counselling. In case there is shortfall in the number of candidates, it is possible that the AP ICET 2nd counselling is conducted or the university may allow the colleges to offer admission to the candidates fulfilling eligibility norms for AP ICET 2019 counselling process in case the sufficient number of students do not report to the allotted college after completion of AP ICET counselling 2019.

Yes, absolutely you can go for second round counselling in case you didn't got alloted the seat according to your choice previously and cancelled the allotted seat.

You can freely go for next round of councelling in order to get the seat alloted according to your choice. During the second round councelling all the vacant seats are alloted which are left after the seat allotment for the 1st round councelling students is completed.

I am sorry to inform you that you will not be eligible to obtain an admission in masters. in order to have an admission in masters a candidate must have no history of arrear. therefore it is advisable that you clear your compartment in the particular subject and then try for your admission in next level.
