In india if you want to pursue law, you need to have completed your LLB before LLM. Therefor, you are currently ineligible for LLM . However, you are eligible for LLB. Therefore, YOu can apply for LLB and then pursue LLM after that.

A BTech is a bachelor's degree, and you cannot do a Master's in that. The equivalent Master's degree is an MTech.
To give the GRE, check the subject you want to clear and be thorough with the syllabus. You can enrol in coaching institutes and take mock exams
