To apply for various entrance exams for MBA in India, the minimum requirement will be a Recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline with 50-55% marks (45-50% for reserved categories).

Yes you can apply for neet pg exam .but for that you have to obtain MCI certificate so that you are eligible to apply neet pg .
Whoever doing MBBS/BDS outside India AFtr completing you have to obtain certificate from MCI then only it's possible to give exam.
