Would be happy to help! Kindly confirm the name of the exam. Is it 'GRE'/ 'GMAT'/ GREAT exam? There is no exam called GREAT in study abroad domain.

Well if you will complete your bba by August then it will be better to apply by January or February of the particular university that you have in kind for the next step that is master coursework. Usually different universities have different deadlines all ranging between December to April.
