NEET 2021 is mandatory for admission in UG Veterinary courses as per the direction of the Education Ministry.
EAMCET is held in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for seats like Pharmacy, Engineering and Technology courses. Veterinary and Animal Husbandry is a 5 year course. You have to qualify and get a seat in NEET and attend AIPVT counselling for a seat in B.V. Sc.

In order, to get a seat in Andhra University through ECET your rank should be below 200. You can apply using your GATE rank also for which the closing rank is around 15000.
Since, it varies based on categories and students attempted exam. Free seat in the sense if you get fee reimbursement, then tution fee will be reimbursed. And you need to pay Rs.9,000 as building fee and for other stuff.
Hostel fee varies from Rs.2,500 to Rs.3,000 per month.

The student must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board in India with the required field of subjects or equivalent.
