II have read your comment and you have said that you didnt get into iit no problem join any good engineering collge study and get great results,..before completing engineering apply for ielts which you can clear in one month.
Apply for masters if they like your grades you will get
As the session is almost over but generally the application process was started in the month of June. Also, now the counseling was done for M.Sc in Bio-Technology on 8th-August 2017.
