whatever college you are in just visit the admin department and ask them about the procedure since very college have different process to get withdrawal.
The fees might arrive late in your bank account also you have to get NOC from Library and other departments.

Hello Neha, in this case you have to select the Float option which will be accepting the current offered seat and also be open to be considered for better colleges and better programs in the further counselling rounds. It is considered the safest to choose Float option. hope this helps.
