I am also getting same 46.67 marks in gate 2019 ece general category.
With this marks there is a huge dilemma, where to go , what to do etc...
But we still have hope to get into old iits too....in interdisciplinary courses, RA ,MS or even phd.
So
firstly congrats to your result you have good chances to get into iits and top nits to do mtech anyhow the gate 2019 results are not out still wait for the result

I think that it depends on the person itself.
some take help of coaching materials and some through coaching itself and some do it by themselves all alone just by keeping good knowledge of concepts.
