Cut off of any exam paper depends on few things like:

• number of students appeared in the exam
• Difficulty level of the paper
• no of seats vacant

So there might be variation a bit every year but the it remains almost same.

If you are from general or OBC then you will not get Mtech (transportation) in top IITs.

Other sub disciplines like  construction engg and management,Rock engg and management,Geotechnical ,structural engg and water resourse have different cut off at different IITs/NITs.

Sorry to dissapoint you, but you have very low chamces for getting NITIE mumbai. The cutoff score lies somewhere between 720 to 760. And you have much lower score. You can look for other college.
