The cutoffs of Biotechnology are generally low as compared to other disciplines because the competiotion is less.
Assuming that you are a general category aspirant and considering the marks that you have scored, it will be difficult for you to get admission in any old IIT.

There is no such notice for the aplicability of 10% reservation for EBC category yet at PSUs or IITs through GATE .
