You might not get IITs and PSUs but probably you will get NITs .You can apply to those PSUs which are taking their own examination.These PSUs can take candidate as per the GATE marks as well as student can apply for the entrance.

To get a seat in IIT through GATE qualifying mark is not possible.Irrespective of the academic marks, As you are from SC category you need to get minimum 60-70 marks to get the Top IIT's.
