The difficulty level of the paper may vary every year and depending on that cut off also varies slightly.But it remains almost same.There might be variation of 2-5 marks and not more than that.
The cut off of Textile and fiber science last year was:
GEN:32.2
OBC:28.9
SC/ST/PWD:21.4
You actual marks is taken for qualifying marks and normalised marks is taken to find the score .

Score is important rather than marks. And you can easily get the call from IIT (Except Bombay and Delhi)

You scored good marks. I think, for get call from PSU, your chance is less.
For IITs, your GATE score is near about to 800.

Many coaching institutes have released memory based answer key .You can refer to them.Institutes like Made easy,Gradeup,Gate academy on which you can rely.Also for CS gate overflow is providing rank also based on your response sheet.
