Definitely, you can. There is no restriction as such. But different colleges have restrictions on a few courses. So kindly cross check with the college once regarding this.

Hello Chandbasha. With this score you may not only get NITs but also you might get a chance to study power electronics and power systems in IIT Bombay. As per previous years cutoffs the general cutoff score for the course power electronics and power systems was 510  (for general category)

Hi Bhavani, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of test takers number of seats available difficulty level of exams and category of the candidate etc. However going by the past cutoffs, I am sorry but there are very less to no chances to get VLSI

As you have scored 411 marks in gate 2019 in Electronics and communication engineering, you have less chance to get seat in IIEST shibpur as the previous year cutoff for OBC NCL category is above 446 in electronics related specialization.

Bascically you have 3 options after qualyfing GATE

1. Higher education

With your score you cannot get into IIT OR NIT, but you can easily get into any state run colleges or private university.
