As you have not mentioned the caste,I will consider you as general . According to previous years cutoffs anything between 450-700 will get you to the IIT Kharagpur.So, prepare well for the Gate,if not given.It's a prestigious college where you have the opportunity to only excel .

Yes, IITH is Possible Coz Last year Cutoff for VLSI was 529 and Difference would be around 10-15 Marks by Next year.

You should wait one week after your GATE exam ,so that your response sheet will be out along with the questions.And then

conglratulations, for you result but in general to get into IITs, the normal cutoff is around 650-700 GATE score (could be a bit higher too sometimes). you should try for lower IIT'S like IIT BHU  and attend the selection procedure you may get called for admission in later rounds.
